EXCLUSIVE: WWE Passing Around Two Ideas For A Network Special At The End Of August

SummerSlam is on August 23rd and we may get another special the following week.

At the end of August WWE is planning to give us SummerSlam. As far as scheduled tapings go, that is the last thing on the books currently. Yet WWE is passing around two different ideas to run a WWE Network special the week after SummerSlam on August 30th.

Sources have told us at PWunlimited that WWE is looking to run either another night of SummerSlam or even running a WWE Evolution special on August 30th. Fans have been asking for another all-women WWE Evolution special since the last one back in October of 2018.

We have been told that WWE pushing women like Bayley, Sasha Banks, and Asuka really hard recently has not for no reason. With the idea of running another Evolution event, we would see women from all three brands represented on the show.

If we do hear anything further on WWE possibly running a network special on August 30th the week after SummerSlam we will keep you updated.
