Elimination Chamber Title Match Announced
February 28, 2020Another elimination Chamber match has been set for March 8th.
Originally an Elimination Chamber a chamber match was advertised where the winner would go on and challenge the Universal Champion at WrestleMania. Last week on Smackdown Sheamus even declared that he would be in that match, but that match has been changed.
Early on Friday the Wells Fargo Center updated the lineup for Elimination Chamber changing the normal men’s chamber match to a match with the Smackdown Tag Team Championships on the line. Then tonight on Smackdown that match was officially announced.
While the new Smackdown Tag Team Champions The Miz and Jon Morrison were in the ring, a referee ran down and told Greg Hamilton he had something to announced. Hamilton would then announce that Miz and Morrison would defend their newly won titles against The New Day, Heavy Machinery, Lucha House Party, Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode, and The Usos. He would then further go on to announce that this match would be taking place inside the Elimination Chamber. This will be the third time that tag team titles will be on the line inside the chamber.
