It looks like Smackdown goers will get a special treat.

WWE recently revealed that the 2022 Hall OF Fame induction ceremony will take place over WrestleMania week and in the Dallas area where WrestleMania will be held. It was unclear when and exactly where this will be, but now we may know and some will be in for a special treat.

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, Meltzer states that the current plan is to have the Hall Of Fame ceremony take place right after Smackdown on April 1st in the American Airlines Center. That plan would be to air Smackdown as normal on FOX from 8-10pm ET and then they will take 30 minutes to convert the stage and set up for the Hall Of Fame and then it will air live on Peacock from 10:30pm-12am ET. That means if you are there live, you will be in the building till 11PM CT.

Essentially, if you buy a ticket for the final Friday Night Smackdown before WrestleMania, you will then get to stick around and experience the 2022 WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony as well for no extra cost. Remember that WWE has not confirmed this but it looks very likely that this will be the case.

No names have yet been announced for the 2022 Hall Of Fame class and when we do hear anything else on that, we will have it here and on the PWUnlimited YouTube Channel.
