Details On If The Young Bucks Are Turning Heel

Will we see full heel Bucks in AEW soon?

Over the last few weeks, Matt and Nick Jackson have done some heel things on both Dynamite and Being The Elite. They have Superkicked random people out of frustration like Alex Marvez and Tony Schivone. They have been fined every time by AEW President Tony Khan and they have not seemed to care about the fines saying they have more money than needed to pay them every time. This in the eyes of most fans looks like the start of a heel turn by The Yung Bucks, but is it really?

According to Dave Meltzer in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Meltzer reports that The Young Bucks are not turning heel. He says that is a misunderstanding by most and that they are just doing “heelish things” due to the recent pressure that has been put on them.

The Young Bucks won a fatal four-way tag team match this past week on Dynamite to get at shot at FTR for the AEW World tag Team Title at Full Gear. After the match, The Bucks are attacked by FTR and Tully Blanchard. Going into this match FTR are the heels and The Young Bucks are the babyfaces.
