Dave Batista Confirms Hall Of Fame Class Status
March 23, 2021Batista asked to be removed.
Over the weekend it was noticed that former World Champion Dave Batista was removed from the listing regarding the WWE Hall Of Fame Class of 2020. We heard nothing for the last few days as to why he was no longer listed and now the man himself has commented on this situation.
Dave Batista himself took to Twitter to reveal that he is unable to be at the Hall of Fame ceremony and asked if he is removed from this year and added another year when he can be there and be there with fans in attendance.
To the @WWEUniverse Unfortunately due to previous obligations I am unable to be a part of the @WWE #HOF this year. By my request they have agreed to induct me at a future ceremony where Iβll be able to properly thank the fans and people who made my career possibleππΌ #DreamChaser

We do not know exactly what other obligations Batista may have, but we do know that the Thor: Love & Thunder movie is being filmed currently in Australia and the Guardians of the Galaxy are reported to appear in that movie as well. Batista plays Drax The Destroyer in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
It was also reported earlier today that former WWE and ECW Champion Rob Van Dam is slated to be included in the WWE Hall Of Fame Class of 2021.
