Current Pay-Per-View Schedule For The ThunderDome

WWE will have three pay-per-view inside the ThunderDome.

WWE is moving all main roster production to the Away Center in Orlando and they are calling it the ThunderDome. We know WWE will reside in the Amway Center till at least October 30th with the possibility of going longer if everything goes well. They will run all shows live as far as RAW, Smackdown, and pay-per-view events.

As far as what pay-per-views will for sure come to us from thew ThunderDome will be three. Dave Meltzer broke this down in the lastest Wrestling Observer Newletter with the following.

WWE will likely do three PPV shows from the location, with confirmed dates of SummerSlam on 8/23, Backlash on 8/30, and a 9/27 Clash of Champions PPV show. The rest of the PPV schedule comes after the end of the Amway contract on 10/30. The contract can also be renewed based on the state or the world and the ability of touring acts and sports teams to run arena events with fans.

WWE also has PPV dates on 11/1, for Hell in a Cell, 11/22 for Survivor Series and 12/20 for TLC.

One would hope that they can extend their residency at least a few extra days to get Hell In A Cell in the Amway Center. It is unclear how well a Hell In A Cell structure could fit in the WWE Performance Center.
