Creative Plans For Willow Nightingale Delayed Due To Concussion

AEW had to push back plans for Willow.

Willow Nightingale had a remarkable 2024, marked by significant achievements and some unexpected challenges. She captured championships in both AEW and CMLL this year. Yet while working the CMLL International Women’s Grand Prix 2024 on October 25th, Nightingale was injured after suffering a concussion. Now we have some news on AEW having to delay plans for her because of that.

According to a new report from Fightful, her concussion has not only affected her ability to compete but has also led to the postponement of tentative creative plans that were in place for her. The sudden pause in her career is a significant hurdle, but Willow is known for her resilience and determination, qualities that will undoubtedly aid her in her recovery process.

Willow Nightingale has been out of action since late October after suffering a concussion. We’re told that some tentative creative plans were delayed as a result of this.

As of right now and with any concussion suffered there is no timetable on when Nightingale may return. A concussion is not like most injuries where you can put a estimation on how long it will take to recover. With a concussion you just have to take it day-by-day and week-by-week until you get better.

If we do hear anything further on when we can expect Willow Nightingale to return, we will have it here and on the PWUnlimited YouTube Channel.
