Contract Signing Added To Saturday Night’s Main Event
January 18, 2025A Hall of Famer is set to moderate a contract signing next week.
On Saturday, January 25th WWE will hold Saturday Night’s Main Event from San Antonio, Texas. Coming into tonight’s Smackdown two matches had been announced for the show and tonight a contract signing to make a match at Royal Rumble official has been set.
Smackdown General Manager Nick Aldis announced on Friday night that after refusing to sign the contract for their match at the Royal Rumble they will participate in a contract signing at Saturday Night’s Main Event. Aldis noted that the two would relinquish their title on that night and then sign the contract. He also said that Cody and Kevin have been out of control and he can’t deal with them anymore. So because of that he is bringing in Shawn Michael as the special enforcer moderator.

- Cody Rhodes/Kevin Owens Contract Signing w/ Shawn Michaels as the moderator
