Conflicting Reports On Possible Hangman Page Ankle Injury

Is Hangman actually injured or not?

At the end of last night’s AEW Dynamite, it did look as if Adam “Hangman” Page went down with some sort of an ankle injury. He seemed to have twisted his ankle coming off of the Muscle Buster. Then as the show was ending, he was telling the cameraman to move the camera away from him and not shoot him. With that now we have conflicting reports on what did happen to Hangman.

First, on last night’s Wrestling Observer Radio, Bryan Alvarez stated that Hangman may have suffered a broken ankle and would need to be evaluated. Dave Meltzer then confirmed that saying that same thing asking if this could impact the Revolution title match and if so that the company would have to tell us one way or the other soon.

Then their morning, Fightful put out a report saying that Hangman was fine and was not injured on last night’s show. Despite being “helped to the back” the report states that it was all an angle and once in the back Hangman was fine. One source actually told Fightful, “yeah, he’s okay. He’s just good at his job.”

So it looks as if Hangman is fine, but if we do hear anything further on if Hangman is or is not injured, we will have it here and on the PWUnlimited YouTube Chanel.
