– Big E – Suffered broken neck on March 11 Smackdown; Stated he will not need surgery, recovery time not known
– Titus O’Neil – Revealed he has been recovering from a knee injury
– Zelina Vega – Has not worked a match since April 11, 2022. Reported to be dealing with an injury that required surgery.
– Randy Orton – Has not worked a match since the May 20, 2022 Smackdown. Dealing with a back issue & could need surgery
– Robert Roode – Out since April 2022, underwent neck surgery in December 2022
– Yulisa Leon – Underwent leg surgery in September of 2022
– Tommaso Ciampa – Has not worked since September 18, 2022. Underwent hip surgery
– R-Truth – Suffered a torn quad on November 1, 2022. Noted he had a setback in his recovery
– AJ Styles – Suffered a broken ankle on December 29, 2022. said he would not need surgery but could miss a few months of action.
– Nikkita Lyons – Torn ACL & meniscus in January 2023, Underwent surgery
– Amari Miller – Announced on February 10, 2023 she tore her ACl & will need surgery

– Paul Wight – Underwent hip surgery in late in late 2021
– Leyla Hirsch – Suffered a torn ACL on April 5, 2022. Underwent surgery on May 26, 2022
– Lee Johnson – Revealed on June 21, 2022 that John is out dealing with a knee injury. Has not worked a match since May 1, 2022.
– Luther – Revealed on June 23, 2022 that he underwent surgery
– Kyle O’Reilly – Tony Khan revealed in late June that Kyle O’Reilly is out with an injury. O’Reilly revealed he is dealing with a shoulder issue.
– Scorpio Sky – Has not worked a match since the July 6, 2022 Dynamite. Dealing with a undisclosed injury that is rumored to be a shoulder issue.

– Kris Statlander – Revealed Knee Injury on August 10, 2022
– CM Punk – Tore Triceps on September 4, 2022
– Griff Garrison – Injured in October & underwent surgery in November of 2022
