Change Made To Tonight’s NXT

Change Made To Tonight’s NXT

With everything going on in WWE this week a change had to be made in NXT.

This week WWE tapings schedule had to be changed due to the company having to test everyone for COVID-19. WWE was able to film one episode of RAW, Smackdown, and Main Event on Monday but then shifted Tuesday’s tapings to today. Yet today, they started late and have to shuffle some things around, not they are shuffling event more around.

WWE has to film two episodes of NXXT. The one that airs tonight and next week. In an effort to get as much do today as they can, John Pollock of Post Wrestling reports that filming at the Performance Center will start at 1pm local time. Then they will move to Full Sail University and do the two episodes of NXT. Tonight’s NXT will air live on USA and then as soon as they finish that show they will go straight into filming next week’s NXT.

After canceling the Smackdown taping for next week’s show it is still unclear when they will tape that show. As we stated before they do have nine days till that show needs to air on FOX so they have plenty of time to bring the Smackdown roster in for a quick so and get it done. Honestly, I would keep the Smackdown roster in Orlando for one extra day, get it done tomorrow morning, and then let everyone go home for a week and a half.
