Bret Hart Reportedly Believed To Have Quietly Signed “Lucrative” Deal With WWE

Bret Hart may have signed a new deal with WWE.

For a little while now FTR has been making teases to WWE Hall Of Famer Bret Hart. Fans thought he could come into AEW and manage the current ROH and AAA tag team champions. Hart will manage FTR during a match for Big Time Wrestling, yet that is now AEW. Now it is believed Hart can not appear for AEW because he has signed with WWE.

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, Meltzer reported that it is believed Bret Hart has signed with WWE. The report says Hart is believed to have quietly signed a lucrative deal with WWE. This would be why Hart is managing FTR on an indie show and not in AEW. If Hart has signed a deal with WWE they would not allow him to appear for AEW. Hart being allowed to do the Big Time Wrestling show with FTR was said to be a loophole allowing it to happen.

Nothing is known at this time what “lucrative” means though. One would assume it means that it could have been a big enough deal not to pass up. If this is the case it would also mean Bret could not do anything with AEW for the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament as well.

if we do hear anything else regarding Bret Hart possibly singing a deal with WWE, we will have it here and on the PWUnlimited YouTube Channel.
