BREAKING NEWS: Big Unexpected Name To Enter #1 In The Royal Rumble

The champ is in the rumble.

On January 26th from Minute Maid Park in Houston, Texas is the WWE Royal Rumble. We will see both the Men’s and Women’s Royal Rumble matches and tonight we got a major announcement regarding the Men’s Rumble match on RAW.

Tonight on RAW Paul Heyman and WWE Champion Brock Lesnar came down to the ring. Heyman said that he talked with Brock about the Royal Rumble and his next challenger and there isn’t one. Heyman said that there is no one good enough or worthy to challenge Lesnar for the WWE Championship. So with that Brock is going to do something that will be history in the making.

Heyman would then go on to say that as the WWE Champion, Brock Lesnar will be entering the 2020 Royal Rumble. Yet, not only is Brock Lesnar going to be in the Royal Rumble match, but he will be entering from the number one spot.

This is not the first time we have seen the champion in a Royal Rumble match, this is even the first time that the champion will start at number one. Back in 2016 Roman Reigns was forced to defend the WWE Championship in the Royal Rumble and start first.
