Big Title Change Takes Place On AEW Collision

New tag champs reign in AEW.

Tonight on AEW Collision we saw the tag team titles on the line in yet another FTR open challenge. So far they have been successful in their open challenges, yet tonight was not that. Tonight new champions were crowned.

Ricky Starks and Big Bill challenged Dax Hardwood and Cash Wheeler for the AEW World Tag Team Championships and shocked the world by becoming the new champions. Not only did Starks and Bill win the titles but they did it in dominant fashion. Big Bill chokeslammed Wheeler through the announce table before giving Harwood multiple chokeclams in the ring. Bill would then hold Harwood up so Starks could hit him with a spear. This then led to Stark pinning Harwood to win the titles.

After the match and later in the night the new tag team champions were interviewed and said FTR will not be getting a rematch for the titles. Big Bill said they were stars and that the tag team division would now be represented by stars. Rick Starks then called them “The real faces of Collision” as well as “The new top dogs.”
