Big Return & Location Reportedly Set For Survivor Series
July 22, 2021Survivor Series is set to layeth the smackdown.
After we have SummerSlam next month in Las Vegas yes WWE has more pay-per-views for the remainder of the year but only one more marquee event and that is Survivor Series. Regarding this year’s Survivor Series, we may know a big name appearing and where it will take place.
According to Andrew Zarian of the Mat Men Podcast, Zarian does report that The Rock is set to appear at Survivor Series this year. When this rumor first started swirling around a little last month we were told that WWE had in fact reached out to The Rock for the event. The plan would be to celebrate the 25th anniversary of The Rock’s debut as Rocky Maivia. It looks like WWE at least thinks they have him for the show not that he is planned for it based on this report.

As far as where WWE could hold Survivor Series this year, Zarian also tweeted out that the tentative plan is to run the show inside the Barclays Center in New York.
