Big Push For WWE International Show

WWE could air a show from the land of the rising sun.

Over the last few years, we have seen WWE run a lot of successful international events. Just this past year alone, they ran shows in Australia, France, Saudi Arabia, Scotland, and Canada, among others. Word at one point was Elimination chamber could take place in the UK, yet another country could be in line for their first live broadcasted event in a decade.

On the latest edition of WrestleVotes Radio, WrestleVotes actually noted that there’s a big push internal push for Japan to get a premium live event soon. They stated,

“I think Japan definitely gets something in the future. I know there’s a big push internally for the Japanese market. There’s a lot of Japanese talent on the roster. And I think the last tour they just had over there in Japan was very successful as well.”

Now WWE has not aired an event from Japan since the Beast in the East show back in 2015. That means if WWE does run a PLE from Japan next year they can promote it around the fact that the last one was a decade ago.
