Becky Lynch Says She Has Many Options & Is Enjoying Time Away From The Ring

The Man is appreciating everything now.

Late last year word came out that Becky Lynch’s contract with WWE was up in 2024. No one expected her to leave the company but once it expired she chose to not stay with the company and take time away from professional wrestling. Now with being away Lynch is enjoying it and appreciating all the things she has in her life.

While appearing on the Games With Names podcast, Lynch was asked how she is doing with being away from wrestling and not on the road every week. Lynch said she is enjoying it and has many options on the table.

“Oh, it’s great. It’s great,” Lynch said. “Everything is great. I’ve got my wonderful little family. I have many options on the table. And I get to — for the first time in a long time — take a bit of a breath to appreciate everything. Because when you’re on the road 52 weeks a year, non-stop, going from town to town. And then in the last three years, I added to the chaos by having a daughter who I would bring everywhere with me. And then on top of that, I decided it would be good to write my biography. So it was really — for especially the last year [or] two years — pure chaos. Now I’m taking a little bit more time. I’m taking a breath. I’m getting to look around the world. Getting to look at what I created and evaluate everything. And it’s been wonderful.”

Since departing from WWE and not signing a new deal Becky Lynch has stayed pretty quiet with how her life is going. She has talked in a few different interviews and said a paperback edition of her book is coming next year. Many in WWE do expect her to return to the company one day, yet when that may be is unknown at this time.
