One mid-west arena picks WWE over AEW.

All Elite Wrestling has run shows in many different markets from Las Vegas to Texas, to Florida, Washington DC and more. Yet one city they have wanted to run, the main arena in the city has chosen not to work with AEW.

According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, Sapp reports that the Heritage Bank Center (formerly the U.S. Bank Arena) in Cincinnati, Ohio is refusing to host an AEW show due to their existing relationship with WWE.

Sapp states that Jon Moxley has been pushing for the company to run in the Cinncinati area and many felt the Heritage Bank Center would have been a good fit.

This is not the first time Cody has been told he can run a building due to WWE. Back in 2018 when Cody and the Young Bucks were putting together he ALL IN show, Cody once said at a New Japan media event that he reached out to the Staples Center in Los Angeles and they were not interested due to their relationship with WWE.
