Another Title Match Added To the Backlash Card

The United States Title will be on the line Sunday.

A few weeks back Apollo Crews was able to defeat Andrade to become the United States Champion for the first time. The next week he attempted to defend the title against Kevin Owens before the match turned into a tag team match with Owens and Crews taking on the team of Andrade and Angel Garza. Tonight on RAW three men battled for a shot at Crews and the US Title.

On RAW we saw a triple threat match with Kevin Owens, Andrade, and Angel Garza. A good portion of the match saw Andrade and Garza work together against Owens. That was until the two spilled to the outside and started to brawl. At one point the twos fight saw them bump into and knockdown Zelina Vega. In the end though it was Andrade pinning Garza to win the match and the US Title shot at Backlash.

This match will be Crews’ second defense of the United States Championship and this will be against the man he defeated to win the title.
