Every year Pro Wrestling Illustrated ranks the best wrestlers in the world. They have the PWI 500 for the best male wrestlers in the world, the PWI 250 Females, and the PWI 100 Tag Teams. When it comes to the top tag teams in the world, PWI has revealed who has topped that list.
When it comes to the list there is a wide variety of names on this list and a first-time-ever moment at the top as well in a few different ways.

When it comes to this list two first time ever things have happened. Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill become the first females to top the list. With Belair specifically, she is now the first wrestler to be number one on multiple PWI lists as in 2021 she topped the PWI 250 Female list as well.
