WWE Announces Most Unexpected Guest For Next Broken Skull Session

Steve Austin is about to break down the walls.

Many fans have held Steve Austin’s Broken Skull Sessions in high regard and some of the best pro wrestling interviews in a long time. We have seen interviews with The Undertaker, Ric Flair, Randy Orton, Kurt Angle, Bayley, and others. Now WWE has announced Austin’s most shocking guest yet.

Friday morning WWE announced that none other that Chris Jericho will be the next guest on the Broken Skull Sessions. This new episode of the show will go live on April 11, the day of WrestleMania 37 night 2.

Regarding this interview coming together, Steve Austin talked to Sports Illustrated about it saying Chris Jericho reached out to him after to say how much he liked the Undertaker interview. Austin replied and then Jericho called him. They talked and thought it would be a good idea to get Jericho on the show but Vince needed to approve it. When Austin texted Vince he said “It’s cool. Go ahead.” Austin then double-checked with Vince just to make sure and all was good.

Sports Illustrated stated that also confirmed that AEW President Tony Khan signed off on this as well for Jericho to do the show on the WWE Network.

Steve Austin’s Broken Skull Sessions with guest Chris Jericho will air on the WWE Network on Peacock on Sunday, April 11th.
