Main Roster Superstar Teases Going To NXT

Could another main roster star be headed for NXT?

This past Friday night on Smackdown kicked off the 2020 WWE Draft. 27 superstars were drafted during Smackdown with five more drafted during Talking Smackdown Saturday morning. That left four superstars as undrafted free agents and one may have teased a return to NXT.

Shorty G, the former Chad Gable, was not drafted in the night one pool for the WWE draft and that leaves him as a free agent able to sign with any brand he wants to sign with. If a recent tease is any indication then that brand may be NXT. Over the weekend Gable changed his Twitter header image to an image with the NXT logo and him from his time on NXT as you see in the image below. He has even changed his Twitter name back to Chad Gable from Shorty G and has a pic of him as his profile pic from his time in NXT.

It is unclear if the “undrafted” superstars will be able to sign with NXT or not but that may be the best move for Chad Gable. A refresh for Gable back to what he used to be when people fell in love with him and his action in the ring could be something that a lot of people can get behind as most of his time on the main roster has been spent just floundering as an extra on the roster.

If we hear anything further on the undrafted Chad Gable and if he may go to NXT or not, we will have it here and on the PWUnlimited YouTube Channel.
