Dominik Mysterio Signs WWE Superstar Contract

Tonight on RAW Dominik Mysterio became an official WWE Superstar.

For well over a year now we have seen Dominik Mysterio in WWE alongside his father Rey Mysterio. We know Dominik had done some training to become a pro wrestler but Dominik was never officially part of WWE. Last week it was announced that Dominik would face Seth Rollins at SummerSlam, but it was still not known if he had or was going to sign with the WWE.

Tonight though, that question was answered when Dominik signed two contracts at the start or RAW. Not only did Dominik sign a contract to make his match at SummerSlam official but also to make him an official WWE Superstar. The one big question though is if this was WWE actually announcing that Dominik has signed with the company or if it was just all for the show.

We know that his father has been working for the company without a contract over the last few months and have not heard anything regarding Rey signing a new contract with WWE.

Regardless, the night went downhill for Dominik as after signing his contract and Seth Rollins after defeated Humberto Carrilo, Rollins and Murphy set their eyes on Dominik. Dominik was beaten down by the Massiah and his disciple and whipped over and over again with multiple kendo sticks.

The two will meet at SummerSlam in Dominik’s first official WWE match and all eyes will be on the younger Mysterio as he has looked good in the ring thus far in the little things we have seen him do.
